Privacy Policy

Data Collection

The Dive does not collect any personally identifiable information when you browse this website except information that you willfully submit to us (i.e. enrolling in our e-mail list or by contacting us. We keep all information from these submissions in strict confidence, and will never share or sell any information to any third party under any circumstances, unless required by law.

Usage Tracking

The Dive does collect information to track how our website is used. This information is not personally identifiable, and is limited to things like how often various pages on our site are visited and what browsers visitors are using.

We do use cookies on our site for the purposes of knowing if a message or announcement about our website has been displayed to a user. For example, if we choose to display a message to every new visitor to our website, we would then put a cookie on that user’s PC to know that we should not display that message the next time they visit. All information in cookies is not personally identifiable, and contains no private information.

Children’s Privacy

The Dive is geared towards colleges students, and thus our website is not inteded to be used by, or collect any information on, and children under the age of 13. We will never knowingly collect or maintain any information on children under the age of 13.

Changes

The Dive reserves the right to change our privacy policy at any time without individual notice, and recommends that if concerned, you review this policy for updates.
